Q. Are your antennas digital?
A. All antennas are digital and analog by default. Therefore the new antenna will not need to be replaced, when everybody starts changing over to digital T.V.s.
Q. How do I know what kind of antenna I need?
A. Our telephone operator is an expierenced antenna installer and is able to give you a very good indication of what you will require. However in some cases properties may need to be inspected and tested.
Q. Channel 2 isn't working?
A. There is probably a short in the antenna system. In most cases the existing antenna does not need to be changed. Only a service call will be required.
Q. SBS is very poor?
A. You may have an old VHF antenna. SBS is transmitted on UHF. In this case you will need a add on antenna. Your problem may also lie with the height of the antenna. The solution would be relocating the antenna.
Q. Something has happened to my reception?
A. When a solution can not be reached over the phone a service call will be required (service call cost $45) |
